Is this a limited submission grant?

Does the grant require a cost share or match?
If yes, give details of what you are requestiong that LBC provide. Be specific as to whether this is a cash share/match or an in-kind share/match (e.g., a situation where one's existing salary or start-up funds are counted as part of a share/match):
